Integration of essential features such as CCAvenue payment gateway, tax compliance, and customised invoicing enhanced the platform’s functionality, catering to the diverse needs of our client and their customers.

The official launch of the e-commerce website under the new brand name followed upon project completion. To assist the client in staying updated on new products and independently refreshing existing ones, we organised training sessions and provided comprehensive documentation and instructional videos on key features. This enabled a quicker transition of product listings and website updates to the client.

Future endeavours

Looking ahead, our client is all set to capitalise on their newfound market reach, with plans to establish multiple websites and rebrand select products. They intend to expand into B2B markets with the inclusion of a feature for offering products at discounted costs. They are also having plans to implement EMI options for products with higher prices
