A hospitality management company operating across the Gulf region approached Emvigo with a clear but complex brief. This had to cover front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, concierge, spa, gym, and beyond.

Existing solutions in the market addressed parts of the problem. None addressed all of it. The client had conducted extensive surveys across hotels to map precisely what the industry needed and where every available solution fell short. Multilingual Menu Management With Transliteration

Restaurant menus uploaded via photo or manual entry, with manually entered menus automatically transliterated into each guest's preferred language.
