A UK-based genomics and epigenetics healthcare innovator had built something genuinely rare. It was a testing ecosystem analysing 1,000 genetic areas and delivering over 300 personalised DNA health outcomes per user. The science was unmatched. The infrastructure to deliver it was not.

Results were fragmented. Delivery was manual. And a growing global audience had no direct digital way to access what science had already made possible.

Emvigo has been the platform’s engineering partner since 2019. We built and improved the full ecosystem in six phases. These include a mobile app, e-commerce, and a practitioner portal. They also include a white-label program, an AI health coach, and a full cloud migration. The migration moved from AWS to Azure. The scope has expanded every phase because the product consistently delivers.

The white-label programme exemplified this thinking. Rather than delivering bespoke builds per partner, Emvigo engineered a configurable core codebase that reduced new white-label turnaround from months to under two weeks. All this without compromising the branded experience each partner required.

E-Commerce Platform

A WooCommerce and WordPress store handling direct consumer kit purchases and bulk white-label orders. Role-based APIs for third-party partner integration and Stripe-powered payments throughout.

Helix Practitioner Portal

A web portal giving white-label partners, clinicians, and practitioners tiered access to client results, exportable PDF reports, and practitioner-exclusive health analyses across a four-level user hierarchy.

White-Label Delivery Programme

A structured programme enabling fully branded partner deployments from a single configurable codebase, reducing time-to-market from months to under two weeks across 20+ partners globally.

AI Health Coach

An AI-powered results interpretation layer replacing static backend text entirely, generating personalised DNA and epigenetic result summaries for every user across every outcome category.
