The strategic decision that shaped everything was to prioritise the practice loop – assess, simulate, receive feedback, improve – over feature completeness. A realistic simulation that produced measurable outcomes in a short session was the entire product. Everything else was deferred until the adoption validated the core.
Voice AI latency, psychological safety, and session consistency were treated as first-order engineering constraints. Server-side AI orchestration kept sensitive processing and API keys away from the client, ensuring security was structural rather than supplementary.
Enterprise dashboards and deep personalisation were deliberately out of scope for the MVP – not because they were unimportant, but because shipping something trustworthy fast was worth more than shipping something comprehensive late.
The only training that changes behaviour under pressure is training that creates pressure. Everything else is preparation for the idea of the conversation, not the conversation itself.
