Junior Marketing Executive — SEO, Content & PPC
- Kochi, Kerala
- Full time
- 0–2 years Experience
- Reports to: Senior Marketing Manager
You’ll be the hands-on engine behind our day-to-day marketing execution. This is a role for someone early in their career who wants to build deep, T-shaped skills across the three channels that matter most in demand generation today: search, content, and paid media. You won’t be stuck doing one narrow task — you’ll learn how keywords become briefs, briefs become content, content earns rankings, and paid campaigns amplify what’s working.
We’ll invest in your growth. In return, we need someone curious, detail-obsessed, and genuinely excited about marketing as a craft.
What You’ll Do
SEO (≈35%)
- Run keyword research and competitor gap analysis using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Ubersuggest
- Conduct on-page audits and implement fixes (meta tags, internal linking, schema, image optimization)
- Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and Core Web Vitals in Google Search Console and GA4
- Support link-building outreach and maintain prospecting lists
- Track algorithm updates and flag impact on our properties
Content (≈35%)
- Write SEO-optimized blog posts, landing page copy, and social content
- Build content briefs from keyword research for freelancers and senior team members
- Manage the content calendar and publishing workflow (WordPress/Webflow/similar)
- Repurpose long-form content into social posts, newsletters, and short video scripts
- Proofread and QA all published content for brand consistency
PPC (≈30%)
- Assist in setting up and managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, Advantage+)
- Build ad copy variations for A/B testing
- Monitor daily performance, flag anomalies, and maintain pacing against budgets
- Pull weekly performance reports and help identify winning creatives and keywords
- Help manage negative keyword lists, audience segments, and landing page UTM hygiene
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Business, or a related field — or a portfolio that makes the degree irrelevant
- 0–2 years of internship or full-time experience in digital marketing (academic projects and freelance work count)
- Working knowledge of at least one SEO tool (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) and Google Analytics/Search Console
- Strong written English — you can write a clean, engaging 800-word blog post without leaning on AI to do the thinking
- A growth mindset: you ask "why did that work?" more often than "what do I do next?"
