Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Screening: Use various sourcing techniques (job boards, social media, networking) to identify potential candidates.
- Interview Coordination: Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
- Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Job Posting: Create and post job descriptions on multiple platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and HR team members to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles.
- Market Research: Stay updated on trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Documentation: Assist in preparing recruitment reports, offer letters, and other related documentation.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive Attitude: Ability to take initiative, multitask, and manage time efficiently.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using HR software, social media, and MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
