Job Description

• Effectively plan for the Project Requirement Gathering Sessions
• Conducting detailed market research and competitive analysis to understand the client requirements
• Coordinating and communicating with the client and the internal project team – Developers, PM, QA’s, etc. on the business requirements to ensure smooth flow of the project
• Requirements walkthrough to the team after the client approvals and ensuring all the clarity is attained throughout the project
• Develop user stories/ functional specifications/ system design specifications for client engagements by understanding the customer requirements
• Reports effectively to Project Manager on the status of discovery calls/ grooming sessions
• Efficiently manages the Change Requests

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements
• Defining the vision for the team’s product & creating a product road map based on this vision
• Preparation of drafts/refinements of stories into tasks that the development team can execute
• Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements
• Communicate effectively with team members to achieve project goals
• Supervise and advise the scrum team to meet software expectations
• Responsible for overseeing all stages of product creation, including design and development
• Review the user stories and approve the business requirements
• Participating in Scrum meetings and product grooming sessions
•  Create wireframes and get approvals on time, keep track of requirements and change requests

Skills and Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
• Working knowledge of product development architecture
• Strong analytical for understanding the problem statement & work along the client to understand the requirements
• Ensure effective prioritization of the backlogs during each sprint
• Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles, design thinking is appreciated
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Ability to work with large teams
• Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills
• Good Documentation and Presentation skills
