Emvigo is a rapidly growing UK based IT Services Company with a global customer base.
We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales Executive who will support the sales team with driving outreach for new business and assist the Management with a variety of ad-hoc tasks. You would be the key point of contact between the company and its clients: answering queries, sharing proposals and giving project/product demos.
Qualifications
- Overall 3+ years sales experience (preferably B2B), ideally with high-volume prospecting and outreach. Minimum 1 year experience in DevOps Industry.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Skilled in the art of listening for pain points and relating them to the projects we have done to give a convincing sales pitch to clients on the phone and on video calls.
- Confident and assertive self-starter who is self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- A competitive overachiever with a track record of exceptional follow-up and world-class customer service.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced virtual environment.
Responsibilities
- Well-equipped in handling complete sales cycle from Lead sourcing to Lead closure and then do account management.
- Securing direct meetings (in the UK) for the Management with new clients through targeted outbound campaigns using telephone, email, and the web.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Assist in creating and sending client proposals, quotes (and more!) in a timely fashion.
- Adapt well to a continuously changing set of tasks, projects, and responsibilities.
- Explain services and case studies in detail during the cold calls.
- Responding to customer queries and resolving their objections (with Tech team’s help) to get them to make a purchase.
- High level of resilience and the ability to handle rejection well.
- Good self-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
