Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience
- 10+ years of proven experience in IT services sales, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in selling to enterprise clients in markets such as the UK, US, and Europe.
- Strong track record of achieving revenue and profitability targets.
Skills
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of IT services, including cloud solutions, DevOps, and AI/ML technologies.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho) and data-driven sales strategies.
- Strong negotiation, strategic planning, and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in scaling startups or mid-sized IT service companies.
